NGA NEWS
What's New in the world of New Guard America
Congratulations to Joshua Fischer from Alvin High School of Alvin, Texas for receiving the 2005 NGA Appointment of Apprenticeship.

Joshua's dedication to the art of military rifle exhibition drill and his commitment to excellence is truly an inspiration. Joshua came to Washington, DC late July to train one-on-one with Constantine Wilson and Abraham Robbins in his quest to compete at the 2006 High School National Championship in Daytona Beach, FL. While here, seeing all the national monuments was great, but a must-see for Josh was the Iwo Jima Marine Corps Memorial in Arlington, VA. He will be returning to DC for more one-on-one in the spring for his final preparations before The Nationals. After graduation he will return to DC once again to join NGA as a permanent member. We look forward toward Joshua's entrance into the Guard next summer and his competitive performances throughout the '05-'06 school year.
